Hamburger Recycling Group GmbH, the owner of DUPAREC Ltd., has decided to have its subsidiaries under one brand name.
As a result of this process, we officially announce the change of our company name from DUPAREC Paper Collecting and Processing Ltd. to Hamburger Recycling Hungary Ltd. with effect from January 1, 2020.
Please note that Duparec Ltd., registered under the registration number 01-09-269129 at Court of Registration of Budapest, will remain valid until December 31, 2019 but as of January 1, 2020 Hamburger Recycling Hungary Ltd. will legally become your business partner.
Please use the new company name in official, business and accounting documents after the above deadline. After January 1, 2020 we will not be able to accept an invoice or accept a performance certificate that does not include the new company name, even if the performance was made in 2019.
