Team Building Event I

Therefore, the management of HR BG decided to make a team building event outside the usual business environment where it presented the results achieved in 2019 and the new goals for 2020.
The location selected was near Sofia at the base of Rila mountain. This one-day event was closed by all white-collar employees with a Christmas party and Christmas presents in Sofia.

The meeting started with a game called “Facebook Recycling”. Its main idea was to introduce all participants in a personal manner.
Each person had to present itself with interesting facts about his favourite colours, animals, dreams, etc.

The game was a good icebreaker and the team was ready for the challenging day.
Considering that the team has three new participants, it was an inspiring experience to learn more about people and not so much about colleagues.

Results 2019 and Budget 2020
During the meeting, Biser Ivanov, General Manager of Hamburger Recycling Bulgaria presented some facts about Prinzhorn Holding as well as the results for 2019 and the budget for 2020. Each depot manager had to provide a plan how he will achieve his budgeted figures and had to commit to overall figures.
At the end of the meeting each team member left with a better feeling what will be the next steps to fulfil budget 2020.
Typically for a team building event, some games were included in the program which aimed to strengthen the efforts of the company to reach its budget.

Get ready for 2020
After this meeting, the team of Hamburger Recycling Bulgaria felt motivated and ready for the challenges of 2020.
The colleagues will reach the budget and targets as one team.
