The company has always aspired that their employees feel themselves part of this family and for sure this dedication and togetherness increased their productivity.
Today HR Turkey wants to tell about a nice example on this philosophy, Mr. İbrahim Tatarli. He started working at Kastaş Kağıt in 1987 and retired from Hamburger Recycling Turkey in July 2019, so he spent permanently 37 years in the company! The secret of working together successfully for such a long time was mutual trust and respect. İbrahim was an employee who fulfilled any task reliably and did his job with engagement. Therefore, he was actually one of the hidden champions of the company.
The Turkish colleagues wanted to give a dignified good-bye to such a valuable employee on the last working day. To the delight of everyone - especially İbrahim - this farewell with all employees was even joined by Mr. Hasan Ikier, the former owner of Kastaş Kağıt. The General Manager İlker İkier gifted a uniform of the football team supported by Ibrahim and a remembrance plaque for his work.
