The workshop started with a company result presentation of the first 6 months including sales and financials, followed by finished projects like rebranding and the budget plan for the next years. Mr. Armağan Gürel, HR Manager of Dunapack Packaging made a presentation about MYHR which is one of the most important projects within the group. After the presentations the external trainer called Rıfat Bayraç performed the workshop “Seeking for Excellence” where the Turkish team was methodologically trained on management and leadership, followed by group works analysing the business from the top management view.
The aim was to see the current situation, weaknesses and strengths for improving and developing the management and leadership behaviors. After these two days, all participants left the workshop with a happy face and awareness how to be a good leader. Furthermore, the trainer summarized the employee’s perspective of working in a report to the top management.
